Step-in neckline: The neck is extra-wide and flexible, so a woman can simply step into the camisole without lifting her arms. There are no hooks, zippers or snaps to irritate sensitive skin or get caught on bandages.
Bust liner: Hidden, built-in bust liner made of cool polyester helps wick perspiration away from the body. This liner goes all the way around the camisole rather than just in the front, so it won’t pucker or pull toward the center. The liner has a wide, elastic underband to support the remaining breast or anchor the liner around the body after a bilateral surgery. The liner has hidden pockets for wearing Puffs or NEARLY ME CASUAL® Foam Forms. The center of the bust liner has delicate stitching to help separate and keep breast forms in place. The liner is unnoticeable from the outside of the garment.
Discreet drainage pouch: Below the bust liner is a built-in pouch made of the same lightweight polyester that can hold drainage tubes or chemo devices. The pouch is stitched into the side seams to help maintain a smooth outer appearance. The pouch is easily removed after it is no longer necessary.
Flattering Shape: The camisole is made of comfortable cotton for breathability and spandex for flexible support. It has princess seams for smooth, fitted bust contouring and to keep it from bunching under everyday clothes. The spandex allows it to stretch while retaining its flattering shape.
Puffs: Fiberfill Puffs are available to wear in the camisole immediately after surgery. These incredibly light-weight, inexpensive pillow puffs are sold separately so each woman can choose the size that best matches her remaining breast. Sizes S through 3XL.
