    NEARLY ME CASUAL® Non-weighted forms are made of soft, polyurethane foam that is extremely light and durable. 

    They’re perfect for the 6 to 8 weeks after breast surgery when a weighted silicone form is too heavy.

    NEARLY ME CASUAL® forms are also terrific for exercising, sleeping, traveling, and swimming.

    This soft foam form comes in a permanent polyester fabric cover with a security tab that can be sewn or pinned into a nightgown, camisole, or swimsuit, or can be tucked under the band of a fashion bra.

    With the Classic Asymmetrical shape, each form fits only the right or the left side of the body.  This shape usually offers the most custom fit. This Classic has a very full profile.

    Foam forms are easy to care for. They can be hand-washed and air-dried repeatedly without changing shape.
