    NEARLY ME CASUAL® Weighted foam forms are made of soft, polyurethane foam with a little bit of weight added, and with a permanent polyester fabric cover.

    They’re perfect for the 6 to 8 weeks after surgery breast when a weighted silicone form is too heavy.

    NEARLY ME CASUAL® forms are also terrific for exercising, sleeping, traveling, and swimming.  The Triangle shape is easy to fit and can be worn on either side of the body. The NEARLY ME CASUAL® Triangle is modified to have a shallower profile than the NEARLY ME CASUAL® Classic.

    Foam forms are easy to care for. They can be hand-washed and air-dried repeatedly without changing shape.
