Company History

Nearly Me Technologies, LLC specializes in manufacturing silicone and foam healthcare products for the post-mastectomy market and fashion markets.

NEARLY ME® mastectomy products have been on the market for over 35 years and were originally developed in 1976 by Ruth Handler, the creator of the BARBIE* Doll and former CEO of the Mattel Corporation. Ms. Handler, a breast cancer survivor herself, found that the breast forms available at the time were not comfortable, realistic, beautiful, or easily purchased. She had the resources to design and develop a breast form for herself, and from her first hand experience, created the NEARLY ME® brand so that other women could have access to the same high-quality breast prostheses.

Nearly Me Technologies, LLC continues this tradition by creating unique products that fit the physical as well as the emotional needs of the mastectomee. Our goal is to help women look and feel beautiful after breast surgery. We offer our retailers innovative and superior performing products with unparalleled customer service. Nearly Me Technologies, LLC also manufactures Fashion, Transgender, and Skin Protection products for a variety of niche markets.

All NEARLY ME® forms and accessories are made in the U.S.A. with U.S. materials and labor. Because we manufacture in the U.S. we are able to keep shipping costs as low as possible, reduce lead times on large orders, and offer the same or next day shipping on most products. Our manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas prides itself in producing top-quality products that are comfortable, durable, and economical. We sell our NEARLY ME® Mastectomy, Fashion, and Skin Care products throughout the world and are ISO certified for medical products and maintain CE requirements for overseas.
