LITE TOUCH® forms are made of two layers. The outer layer is the 20% lighter, "whipped" silicone formulation. The inner layer is made of a softer and more malleable lightweight silicone that is unique to the LITE TOUCH® line.
The LITE TOUCH® inner layer is designed to help the form make better contact with an uneven chest surface. The extra-pliable silicone conforms to the body for comfort and a smooth transition from the form to the natural tissue.
The two layers are bonded together, so the LITE TOUCH® forms are one piece.
With the Full Classic Asymmetrical shape, each form fits only the right or the left side of the body. This shape usually offers the most custom fit.
“Full” means that the form has a lot of projection in the front and is recommended for modified radical or radical mastectomies where more tissue on the front of the chest wall needs to be replaced. The contoured back gives a snug, comfortable fit and holds its shape in the cup of the bra. The asymmetrical shape with a short, curved side wing and contoured back allow the form to hug the chest without adding extra fullness under the arm.
