Product Warranties

Nearly Me Technologies, LLC offers to the original purchaser of a NEARLY ME® Breast Form a limited warranty against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from various time periods from each date of purchase. The effective date of our current  return and warranty policy is November 1, 2016.

Your silicone breast form is covered under a 30-month warranty from the date of manufacture or 24 months from original purchase, whichever is shorter. If you feel your breast form may be defective, please contact your distributor. Manufacturer will replace defective breast form or credit purchaser account for the appropriate amount if breast form is found defective and eligible for warranty coverage. Any unapproved items attached to or applied on the form will void the warranty. Form replacement or account credit for the purchase price is your sole remedy against manufacturer for any and all damages.  Foam forms are covered by 30-day warranty from original date of purchase against any defect from manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions:
Lightweight forms may develop air bubbles or slight discoloration after they are manufactured. Small air pockets or discoloration spots (less than 1/4 inch) in the back of the form, will not affect the life or quality of the form and will not be eligible for replacement or credit under warranty.

Care Instructions:
Clean your form with approved cleaners or lukewarm water and mild soap only as needed. Avoid perfume, hot surfaces, hot liquids or unapproved cleaners. Do not subject form to any sharp object, excessive manipulation or force. These items may cause permanent damage and void any manufacturer warranty. These forms are for external use only and are never to come in contact with open, broken skin or a site that is still in the healing process. Discontinue use if any irritation is experienced.

Return/Restocking Fees:
Returns for reasons not covered by the warranty will be accepted for 60 days from purchase date with no restocking fees. For returns processed 61 to 90 days from purchase date, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returns greater than 90 days from the purchase date will generally not be accepted. A restocking fee of up to 50% may be required for returns over 90 days if return is approved by manufacturer.  All returned items and packaging must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for return credit or replacement. No credit will be issued for items returned without a return authorization (RA) number issued by the manufacturer. Proof of purchase must be included with every returned item. Any return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.
